Review of Le Grand Verre wine club

Lately, I have developed a taste for wine since then I love trying different wines. Wine is also one of the great options for a gift. I always love to pair wine with dark chocolate. Even at the professional level instead of gift baskets, people use this combination. Wine is made from fermented grapes and it is considered good for health.

When you buy wine usually it comes in a bottle. In the restaurant, you can buy either a bottle or a glass, but it’s costlier than a store. How about I tell you now the trend is changed? What if you can try four different wines for the price of one bottle? I know you don’t believe me, but it’s true. There is a wine club named a Le Grande Verre who offer such an opportunity.

They have a wide range of wine collection from fruity flavor to spicy ones. You can choose the wine boxes from their collection or customize your own box. Mainly you can try wines from four different winemakers. Usually, you don't get this chance. I have ordered a fruity wine box to try.


I had specially kept this wine unopened for my friends who love wine. Actually, we played a game from this wine box. They provide little cards which explain about wine. The game name was wine expert. Each person who takes a sip of wine needs to answer the following five questions.
  1. Which are the main three ingredients you can taste?
  2. What type of body, it has?
  3. How much spicy is the wine on a scale of 1 to 5?
  4. The intense level of fruitiness
  5. Define the level of contact with wood on a scale of 1 to 5.
Hence turn by turn everyone takes a ship and explain what they feel about wine and answer the questions. Although I found difficulty identifying contact with wood, gradually I will learn for sure.

We all know lentils and legumes are great sources of protein and iron. One day on social media one of my friend had posted about iron deficiency. She asked others how they manage the amount of iron intake on a daily basis. Instead of taking supplements, she wanted to include iron-rich food in her daily diet. That's when I decide to share my regular Gujarati Toor Dal recipe. I am born and brought up in Gujarat one of the states in India. Traditionally in my house every day 6 things are prepared for lunch.
