Recipe of Paneer barbecue in oven

Have you made a new year resolution? If not then better work on it. I have made my resolution to stay fit and eat healthily. Many people think eating healthy means eating veggies, but let me tell you it’s not just veggies. You also want to add protein to your diet, right? You can make this healthy food tasty with some herbs and spices. Paneer is a great source of protein for vegetarians.

Ingredients

25-30 1 inch cubes of Paneer
3/4 cup plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp cornflour
1 Tbsp red chili powder (if you don't eat spicy then reduce the quantity)
3 Tbsp tandoori Barbecue Masala
salt to taste

Recipe of Paneer barbecue in oven

Take 3/4 cup of yogurt in a bowl add 2 tablespoons of corn flour 1 tablespoon of red chili powder 3 tablespoons of tandoori barbecue masala and salt to taste. Mix everything together.
Now add paneer cubes into the Yogurt mixture. Mix in such a way that all paneer cubes are coated with yogurt mixture on all sides. Now put this paneer cubes into the refrigerator for two hours.
After two hours preheat the oven at 425 F. Take a baking sheet and spray oil to prevent paneer cubes from sticking on a pan. Noa spread all paneer cubes on the pan and bake it for 25 mins.

If you want you can flip the paneer after 15 mins but I just avoid doing that. Your barbecue paneer is ready to serve. You can serve it with salad or saute veggies. When you eat paneer drizzle some lemon juice on it. It will taste amazing. You will find my recipe on my Youtube Channel as well.
