If you are taking a flight, then I would suggest you to rent a car from the airport so getting around and going back to the airport will be convenient for you.
You can take a flight to New York's Buffalo-Niagara International Airport and then take ride about 45 mins to the US side of Niagara Falls.
If you are considering coming through Canada than you can take flight to Toronto, Canada and enjoy one and half hour drive to Niagara Falls.

If you love long drives and you decide to drive all the way to Niagara Falls than make sure your GPS is working fine as you want to end up lost somewhere :-) :-)

  • Wear proper shoes which comfortable for a walk as you will be roaming around the park and hoping one viewpoint to another.
  • Keep Water bottle and some snacks with you because except major point you will not get food stalls.
  • I would advise you to spare at least 2 days and check the illumination Schedule before your visit and try to adjust such a way that you can see the light show on the falls. Which gives an amazing view of the falls.
